We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not, we have outlined below our return policy:
Cash & Carry Items
Items in original condition accompanied by original receipt may be returned within a 7 (seven) day period for a full refund*. Refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original receipt. Items paid by check will be refunded once original funds have cleared. For items returned without the original receipt, we will issue a store gift card. Items must be in the original condition.
Items delivered within our local delivery area (within a thirty minute driving radius of Asheville) may be returned to us for a full refund within 7 (seven) days*. Items must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. If pickup is required, a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Items delivered outside of our local delivery area (in excess of a thirty minute driving radius of Asheville) may be returned at the time of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus delivery fee. Items returned after delivery but within a seven day period are subject to both a restocking fee and a pickup fee. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by original receipt. In lieu of the restocking fee, customers may choose to take a store gift card for the original purchase price, however the pickup fee will still apply.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sleepers or special order items.
Clearance items are specially priced items which may show some wear or slight defect. All clearance items are sold “as is” and no returns/exchanges are accepted. We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before a decision to purchase is made.
Shipped Items (in-store purchases)
For items purchased in store and shipped and received in good condition, we will be happy for you to return the item to us for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in original condition and accompanied by original receipt. All returns must be requested in writing within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged in return shipping, so we encourage customers to insure that the package is insured.
While we take care to insure that shipped items arrive safely, damage within transit can occur. If a shipped item arrives to you damaged, you must notify us of the damage in writing within 7 (seven) days of receipt. We will ask you for photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging to determine how the damage occurred and to identify if the item can be repaired. If an item can be repaired, we will make the necessary arrangements to have the work completed locally. If an item cannot be repaired, we will make arrangements to replace the item or issue a refund. Items should not be shipped back without written authorization from us. If an item needs to be returned to us, we will make arrangements to have the item collected.
If an item is returned to us without written authorization, the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipped Items (online purchases)
In the event that a shipped item is as described but not to your liking, we will be happy for you to return the item for a refund of the purchase price minus delivery/shipping charges. All returns must be requested in writing within 7 (seven) days. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by original receipt*.
Special Order / Custom Items
Due to the nature of special order items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
The above policies and conditions may not apply to sale items or closeout items or to transactions where special terms have been negotiated. *Due to the nature of fabric/leather furniture, certain items cannot be returned. See in store for details.
